Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

 

♡ Before commissioning me, please be aware that I work a 40 hour a week job and deal with chronic illness that flares unpredictably. This impacts processing time for commissions. Due to this, I do not accept early payment for commissions.

♡ I do not accept erotic, or otherwise overly suggestive or lewd commissions.

 

♡ I have the right to refuse any commission.
 

♡ Payment is only accepted via PayPal invoice.

♡ Payment is due once the concept sketch is completed and approved by the client.

♡ Payment plans may be discussed for large orders.

​

♡ Refunds will only be provided if I am unable to finish your commission.

♡ No drastic changes (complete change of pose or concept) once I've moved on to the line art stage.

♡ I will provide work in progress images as the piece progresses, you are welcome to check in on me if it has been a while since the last update.

♡ Please let me know ahead of time if you want your commission to be private. I will respect your decision.

♡ An additional $20 design fee will be added if your character does not have a visual representation of some sort (Reference Image, Portrait, Colored Base, Old Design). Note: I will not design a character via sticker commission

♡ If you wish to have your commission printed out at a printshop after completion, please let me know so I can plan the image resolution and draw with picture frame in placement mind.

♡ I will send you a high-resolution copy of your commission.

♡ You do not have commercial license to commissioned work purchased from me.

♡ You may repost commissioned work you've purchased from me, but please add credit.

Won't do:
🛇 Erotic or overly suggestive imagery
🛇 Highly detailed robotics
🛇 Racist, Sexist, Homophobic, or Transphobic art
